Will Steady tell me if a side effect is serious?

No. Steady keeps a record; it does not assess symptoms. Severe or lasting symptoms are a question for your doctor, and an emergency is a call to emergency services.

Which side effects should I track?

Anything you notice: nausea, constipation, diarrhea, tiredness, heartburn, headaches, injection site reactions. Note how strong each was and when.

Do GLP-1 side effects get better over time?

For many people the stomach and gut ones ease after the first weeks or after a dose step, according to the labels. Tracking shows whether yours do.

Why do my side effects change through the week?

Some people notice a pattern around dose day. Seeing symptoms next to your doses makes that visible.
